Dust & Deep Soil Stabilization

Dust & Deep Soil Stabilization

Naturaseal’s RS-3000 is an environmentally friendly Pitch-polymer emulsion that effectively binds native road and shoulder surfaces to create a waterproof, non-leaching barrier. The RS-3000 is designed to provide cleaner air and work environment, lower maintenance costs, and an improvement of equipment longevity.

Naturaseal has developed a formulation that produces a road surface that is easier and less expensive to maintain. The RS-3000 seals and stabilizes granular shoulders, preventing erosion and potholes, as well as creating a wind-resistant and waterproof barrier.

The coarse aggregates and fines are bound together, which ultimately eliminates erosion and prevents infiltration of water.

Naturaseal’s RS-3000 offers a completely green solution to soil stabilization that contains no solvents or VOC’s. RS-3000 has been tested to ensure that it does not negatively impact the surrounding environment or plant life.

Since both Pitch and polymers are insoluble in water and viscous in their natural state, they must be emulsified to facilitate their handling and usage. Through emulsification we create an extremely fine dispersion of Pitch-polymer particles in water. This allows for ease of dilution and fine application controls, while promoting penetration and coating of aggregate materials whether fine or coarse in nature. Therefore, RS-3000 can achieve multiple applications by simply altering the dilution ratio with water.

PitchPoly NS-RS3000

Naturaseal’s RS-3000 is an environmentally friendly and VOC free Pitch-polymer emulsion. The RS-3000 improves visibility for heavy traffic on unpaved surfaces, as well as reduces maintenance and increases the lifespan of equipment and machinery on a job site. RS-3000 is applied by a tanker equipped with a pressurized spray bar to ensure smooth, even coating of the road surface. The product is approved by the Ontario Ministry of Transport and is non-regulated.
